In your first session, we begin with a conversation about your history, symptoms, and goals. From there, I’ll gently guide you through an understanding of your pelvic anatomy using a model, so you feel informed and comfortable before moving into any hands-on work.
The physical assessment includes evaluating how your spine, pelvis, and core system are functioning together. From there, care may include chiropractic adjustments, myofascial work, and pelvic floor–focused techniques to support improved function and balance.
Depending on your needs and comfort level, more specialized pelvic floor techniques may be discussed. These are always explained thoroughly and only performed with your full understanding and consent.
Sessions may also incorporate breathwork and awareness-based tools to support both physical and nervous system regulation.
Follow-up visits begin with a brief reassessment and focus on continued treatment and integration. Each session closes with guidance on personalized pelvic floor and self-care practices to support your progress.

Many women describe an immediate sense of increased connection and awareness within their pelvic space, along with a deeper feeling of being present in their body. It’s also common to feel more calm, centered, and grounded following a session.
This work supports improved circulation and awareness in the pelvic region, and over time, many women notice a reduction in symptoms and improved coordination and engagement of the pelvic floor muscles.
Each body responds differently, and your experience may be unique to you.
Please note: This work supports both physical and nervous system balance, and at times may bring awareness to emotions that have been held in the body. This is a normal and supported part of the process.
If additional emotional support is needed, appropriate referrals to trusted professionals will be provided. If you have a history of trauma, it can be helpful to have an established relationship with a counselor as part of your support system.

Receiving bodywork during your bleeding time can be a deeply nourishing and supportive experience. At the same time, every body is different, and you are always encouraged to choose what feels best for you.
Not all sessions include pelvic floor–focused techniques. If your cycle arrives on a day when more specialized pelvic work had been planned, we can always shift the focus of your session to other areas of the body based on your comfort and needs.
Your session is always guided by your preferences, and we will adjust the approach to ensure you feel supported, comfortable, and at ease.

While we may discuss many of the same symptoms and concerns, this experience is quite different from a traditional OB/GYN visit.
In a medical setting, exams are often focused on screening and diagnosis, such as checking for cervical changes. In this space, the focus is on how your body is functioning—particularly the relationship between your spine, pelvis, nervous system, and pelvic floor.
As a chiropractor, I assess the alignment and movement of the skeletal system, as well as the tone, coordination, and function of the muscles and fascia of the pelvic floor—what I can feel and work with through my hands.
This is not a medical gynecological exam, and procedures such as PAP tests are not performed here.
Many women share that this experience offers a more connected, body-aware approach to pelvic health—one that feels both supportive and empowering.

I am out-of-network with insurance companies. If your plan includes out-of-network chiropractic benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit for potential reimbursement.
Coverage varies depending on your plan, and some services may not be included. I recommend checking with your provider to better understand your benefits.

“Before, sneezing and coughing were super scary for me because most of the time when I did, I peed my pants. This week I coughed and sneezed and didn’t have one pair of wet panties 😊”
